Settings, sorted: an Account tab, a shorter Mail page, and every tab for one thing

Product update · November 8, 2026

Settings now keeps each tab to one kind of thing. A new Account tab holds your details, sign-out, appearance, date and time, referrals, your data export, and account deletion; Security keeps only how you sign in and where; Profile is only your public page; and Email forwarding sits with the rest of your mail under Mailbox. Mail preferences lay out two to a row, and Signatures, Templates, and Subscriptions each have their own section you can link to. On a tablet, all eight tabs now fit the top of the page without scrolling.

A new Account tab between Marketplace and Security gathers your sign-in details and sign-out, Appearance, Date and time, Referrals, Your data, and Delete account.

Security now holds only Sign-in, Devices, and Activity, and Sign-in groups Password, Sign-in email, Two-step sign-in, and Lightning recovery under their own headings.

Profile holds only your public page: About you, Public page, Wallets, and Social links.

Email forwarding moved to the Mailbox tab, after Senders and before Mail.

Mail preferences sit two to a row, and Signatures, Templates, and Subscriptions are their own sections, so the Mailbox tab is shorter and each part has its own link.

Every section now shows the same loading line and the same read-failure sentence, and the page keeps its title while it loads.

Links you saved to any Settings section keep working; the page opens the tab that now holds it.

On tablets and small laptops, the eight Settings tabs size to fit the page's width, so none sits off the edge; phones still scroll the row.
