Write to support@btc.email for help signing in, using your address, or understanding a payment.
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and when. Include your BTC.email address and the error message, if there is one.
Never send your password, wallet recovery phrase, private keys, or sign-in codes.
During the private alpha
BTC.email is being rebuilt. Lightning payments use testnet. Access and features may change as the new experience takes shape.
Report abuse
Send reports of spam, phishing, harassment, or copyright concerns to abuse@btc.email. Include the sender, the time, and the relevant message details.
