More private email and sign-in alerts, and an inbox that opens ready

Trusted-sender images load through BTC.email, new-device alerts show an approximate network, and the inbox opens with your counts, labels, contacts, and sender details already in place.

Historical update · November 1, 2026

The inbox now opens with its unread counts, labels, contacts, and the details beside each sender already in place, so nothing fills in after the page appears; the page fetches them with your mail before it reaches you, and a later refresh reads them as before.

Supported inline pictures from trusted senders now display privately inside formatted messages, using attachments bound to that message.

Trusted-sender images load through a private message read, hiding your IP address, cookies, and browser details from the image host. A unique image URL can still identify a fetch.

Security alert emails keep the device, location, time, and recovery links while hiding the host part of your network address.
